Privacy policy
This page explains what this website collects when you send an enquiry. The website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising. Two outside services are used: FormSubmit, which emails us your enquiry, and OpenStreetMap, which supplies the map tiles on the home page.
What the enquiry form collects
Only what you type into the form:
- your name
- your mobile number
- your email address (optional)
- your state or the area you serve (optional)
- your message
What happens to it
The enquiry is sent by email to the company's enquiry inbox so that our team can respond to you. It is passed through FormSubmit, a form-to-email service, which receives what you typed in order to deliver it to us and handles it under its own privacy policy. This website does not keep a copy of what you wrote.
Once delivered, the email is kept in the company's inbox under the company's own practices.
Protection against abuse
Each form contains a hidden field that real visitors never see or fill; automated submissions that fill it are discarded. FormSubmit may apply its own spam filtering.
Hosting
The website is delivered by a hosting provider, whose server logs record ordinary technical information such as IP addresses under that provider's own policy.
When the home page map loads, your browser requests map tiles directly from OpenStreetMap, which therefore receives your IP address under its own privacy policy. The map only loads when you scroll to it.
